Terms of Use

1. Acceptance

Trainer Fácil (“the App”) is operated by Mangocorp (Raul de Paula Mangolin – ME), CNPJ 13.308.673/0001-55, headquartered at Avenida Paulista, 1106, Sala 01, Andar 16, Edif. Elijass Gliks-Manis, Bela Vista, São Paulo - SP, CEP 01310-914, Brazil. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Your account

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity carried out on your account. Let us know immediately at hola@trainerfacil.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. User-generated content

You retain ownership of any content you submit — physical assessment photos, messages, training plans (“Your Content”). By submitting it, you grant Trainer Fácil a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display, reproduce, and distribute Your Content within the App for the purpose of operating the service.

You represent that Your Content does not infringe third-party rights and complies with these Terms.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Post illegal, harmful, defamatory, or sexually explicit content
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Use bots or automated scripts to interact with the App
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or exploit the App's infrastructure
• Scrape other users' data without permission
• Use the App for any purpose other than workout management between personal trainers and students without our written consent

5. Intellectual property

The Trainer Fácil name, logo, design, and all software components (excluding Your Content) are owned by or licensed to Trainer Fácil. You may not reproduce or distribute them without prior written permission.

6. Service availability

We provide the App “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time without prior notice.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion if you violate these Terms or if your conduct harms other users or the integrity of the service. You can delete your account at any time from the App’s Settings.

8. Disclaimer

Trainer Fácil is a workout management and tracking app. It does not provide medical advice. Consult a qualified professional before starting any exercise program. We are not responsible for injuries, losses, or damages arising from the use of the App or the training plans available in it.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Trainer Fácil will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data or profits, arising from the use of the App.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of the district of São Paulo, SP, to which you hereby submit, waiving any other, however privileged it may be.

11. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify users of significant changes through a notice in the app.
