1. Who we are
Trainer Fácil (“we”, “our”) is an app that connects personal trainers and their students, operated by Mangocorp (Raul de Paula Mangolin – ME), CNPJ 13.308.673/0001-55, headquartered at Avenida Paulista, 1106, Sala 01, Andar 16, Edif. Elijass Gliks-Manis, Bela Vista, São Paulo - SP, CEP 01310-914, Brazil. Questions about this policy can be sent to hola@trainerfacil.com.
2. Data we collect
- Account data — e-mail, full name, username, password (stored hashed), profile photo (optional), and account type (personal trainer or student).
- Training data — training plans, daily workouts, exercises, loads, repetitions, and completed sessions.
- Physical assessment data — body measurements and progress photos (optional), submitted by the student at the trainer’s request.
- Billing data — amount, due date, and status of the monthly fees recorded by the trainer. Trainer Fácil does not process payments directly; it only keeps an internal record of this information.
- Messages — the content of conversations between trainer and student inside the app.
- Device data — push notification token; app version and platform, used only to diagnose crashes.
We do not collect location, contacts, browsing history, or any data unrelated to the use of the app.

4. Device permissions
- Photos / Gallery — choose a profile photo or attach a physical assessment photo.
- Camera — take a photo directly in the app.
- Notifications — alert you about new messages, workouts, and billing.
You can revoke any permission in your device settings at any time.
5. Storage
Data is stored on cloud infrastructure with access controls and industry-standard security practices. Passwords are never stored in plain text — authentication uses secure hashing and session tokens.
6. Who we share data with
We do not sell your data. We only share it with:
- Infrastructure and hosting providers, acting as data processors
- Apple / Google — push notification delivery (only the token is shared)
- App build and distribution providers
We may disclose data if required by law or to protect the safety of users.
7. Data visible to other users
The personal trainer can see their own students’ data (plans, workouts, assessments, billing, and messages). Each student sees only their own data and that of the trainer responsible for them. No data is public to other users of the app.
8. Data retention
Account data is kept while the account is active. If you delete your account, all personal data is permanently erased within 30 days. Aggregated, anonymized statistics may be kept indefinitely.
9. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, export, or restrict the processing of your data. To exercise these rights, send an e-mail to hola@trainerfacil.com. We respond within 30 days. Brazilian users also have rights guaranteed by the LGPD (Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados, Brazil’s General Data Protection Law).
10. Children
Trainer Fácil is not directed at children under 13 (or under 16 in the European Union). If you believe a child has created an account, contact us so we can promptly delete it.
11. Changes
We may update this policy as the app evolves. Significant changes will be communicated through a notice in the app. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
