How it works

  1. We add your income goal to your costs to get the revenue you need.
  2. We work out your average monthly rate based on the mix of in-person and online clients.
  3. We divide the revenue by the average rate and round up.
  4. For hours, we add the weekly sessions of in-person clients to the time you spend on each online client.

Why mix in-person and online?

In-person clients usually pay more but take more hours. Online coaching costs less and scales better. Combining both helps you reach your goal without filling every hour of your calendar.

How much time does an online client take?

It depends on your service. Between programming, answering questions, adjustments and check-ins, many trainers estimate 1 to 3 hours per client per month.
