How it works

  1. We add the income you want to take home to your monthly costs: that's the revenue you need.
  2. We divide it by the paid sessions you can deliver in a month (sessions per week × 4.3 weeks).
  3. The result is your minimum price per session. Below it, you work more to earn less than planned.
  4. Packages multiply the session price by the sessions in the month and round up.

FAQ

Should I charge exactly what the calculator says?

Not necessarily. It's your floor. Experience, specialization, location and what you deliver (assessments, an app, support between sessions) all justify charging more.

What counts as costs?

Gym or studio fees, travel, certifications, courses, equipment, phone and internet, apps, taxes, insurance and retirement savings.

Why 4.3 weeks per month?

A year has 52 weeks; divided by 12 months, that's about 4.3 weeks per month.

Once your price is set, Trainer Fácil keeps track of monthly payments and reminds clients when they're due — so you don't have to.
