How it works

  1. The value of each session is the monthly rate divided by the sessions in the month (sessions per week × 4.3).
  2. Each free make-up session is an hour of yours you could have sold to another client.
  3. Bad debt is the share of monthly fees that simply never comes in.
  4. We add both losses per month and per year.

How do I reduce these losses?

With a clear cancellation policy from day one (minimum notice, a cap on make-ups) and a payment reminder before the due date.

Are make-up sessions always a loss?

No. Make-ups within agreed rules build loyalty. The loss comes from making up sessions with no rules, using slots you could sell.
