Your policy
Cancellation and rescheduling policy 1. Sessions cancelled at least 12 hours in advance can be made up within the same month, subject to availability. 2. The limit is 2 make-up session(s) per month. 3. Cancellations with less than 12 hours' notice, or no-shows, count as a completed session. 4. If you're running late, I'll wait up to 15 minutes. The session ends at the scheduled time, with no extension. 5. If I'm the one who's late or cancels, the full session is made up. 6. Monthly fees are due by the agreed date. Payments more than 10 days overdue mean sessions are paused until the balance is settled. Any questions, just message me. Thanks for your trust!

How it works

  1. Rules agreed upfront prevent arguments later: clients know what to expect and you don't negotiate case by case.
  2. The text is numbered and direct, easy to read on a phone.
  3. You can tweak any sentence before sending it.

FAQ

How much notice should I ask for?

Many trainers use 6 to 24 hours. What matters is having time to rearrange your schedule.

Does this replace a contract?

No. It's a policy to align expectations. For a full contract, it's worth having a lawyer review it.

With Trainer Fácil, payment terms are on record and clients get a reminder before each due date.
