RECEIPT No. 1 Received from ________________ the sum of $280.00 (two hundred eighty dollars) for monthly personal training. ________________

Nothing is sent or saved: the data stays in your browser.

How it works

  1. The amount in words is generated automatically (e.g. $250.00 = two hundred fifty dollars). You can change the currency name.
  2. Tax or ID numbers are optional, but make the receipt more complete if your client needs it for reimbursement (an HSA or employer wellness program, for example).
  3. Use the receipt number to keep track of what you've issued and keep a PDF copy.

FAQ

Is a receipt the same as an invoice?

Not quite. An invoice asks for payment; a receipt confirms you were paid. Your tax obligations depend on where you work, so check with an accountant.

What should I write in “for”?

Be specific: “personal training, March 2026 — 8 sessions” avoids questions later.

In Trainer Fácil you log every payment and see at a glance who's paid and who's late.
